Keep it away from pet rodents. Hamsters, guinea pigs, gerbils, pet rats and rabbits can hear ultrasonic sound. Don't use a unit in the same room as them.

Before you order
Will I hear it?
Most adults can't hear it. Some people, often kids and teens, can pick up a faint high-pitched tone when standing very close. If that bothers anyone, move the unit to an outlet farther from where people sit or sleep.
Does one unit cover my whole home?
No. Ultrasonic sound is blocked by walls, doors and large furniture, so each unit covers the open room it's in. Put one in every room with activity.
How long until I notice a difference?
It varies. Many customers notice less activity within 2 to 4 weeks. Keep the unit plugged in the whole time, and seal obvious entry points such as gaps under doors or around pipes.
Is it safe around my dog or cat?
Dogs and cats generally aren't bothered by it. Don't use it in the same room as hamsters, guinea pigs, gerbils, pet rats or rabbits.
What's the difference between white and black?
Only the color. Both work the same way and have the same blue indicator light. Pick whichever blends in with your walls.
