Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in new and unused condition.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • Be in the original packaging
  • Have the receipt or proof of purchase

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale/clearance items
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Gift cards or downloadable software (if applicable)

🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or not working properly, please email us within 7 days of delivery at support@hottoget.com with:

Order number

Photos/videos of the issue

We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
