Can I use heat without massage?
Yes. AUTO cycles through all three modes; MANUAL runs a single mode on its own.
Does it need batteries?
No. It's plug-in powered with a 118-inch (3 m) cord.
Will it fit my chair?
It rests against most seat backs: office chairs, sofas, recliners and beds. It needs a wall outlet, so in a car you'd need a power inverter.

Hey yes, this one works. i have been using back balls for years to ease sciatica pain. the back balls i bought about 25 years ago are a little bit harsh on my 78 year old spine. this back massage pillow is safer and more suited to todays treatments on the spinal area. it has every type of treatment that is actually used to massage and stretch the spine gently. if you have lower back pain at all do yourself a favour, buy one and give it a fair go, you will be impressed. the only minor problem with it. the only instructions are in some chinese language, nothing the average aussie can understand.. i have just been pushing the two buttons blindly until something happens. it works, i love it..
It works properly, comfortable and practical, you need to be plugged in but it comes with a 1m cable. Instructions in Chinese.

Only had it a few days, but i think it’s going to be a winner. it’s a gentle massage, very relaxing. i’ll give it a few more tries, then i’ll be recommending it to my friends. unfortunately the instructions are all in chinese, so you have to muddle around to work it out. it’s not difficult, but it would be nice to have instructions in english.
Very nice. 3 functions. Either vibration, or slowly inflating and deflating, or heat. Too bad it takes a long time to heat up and there is no heat and vibration together. Other than that, great.
