Why most knee sleeves end up in a drawer
There are two kinds on the market, and both have the same ending.
Thin elastic sleeves are comfortable, but they're just fabric. They apply even pressure and nothing else — no side structure, no adjustment. Within an hour most of them have rolled down to your calf.
Heavy rigid wraps hold firmly, but they're hot, bulky, obvious under clothing and awkward to sit down in. They're built for maximal lifts, not for a normal Tuesday.
This sleeve sits between the two: real lateral structure from the side stays, in something flexible enough to wear all day. The breathable nylon body helps it feel lighter than rigid wraps while still giving you the stay-put fit many shoppers want in a compression sleeve.

Dual side stays
Flexible spring steel strips run down both sides. They bend with you but resist sideways movement — the direction that can feel least steady under load.
Adjustable compression straps
Two straps above and below the knee. Tighten for activity, loosen for sitting. You set the pressure, not the sleeve.
Silicone anti-slip lining
Grip bands on the inside edge help keep the sleeve where you put it, through walking, stairs, and squats.
Breathable nylon body
Lightweight and thin enough to wear under trousers, so it doesn't become a thing you only put on at the gym.
Getting the size right
Sizing is based on body weight, and the fit matters more than with most products. Too loose and it slips; too tight and you won't wear it for more than an hour.

Can I wear it all day?
Yes — it's designed for everyday wear as well as training. Most people loosen the straps when sitting for long periods and tighten them before activity.
Will it fit under trousers?
Yes. The nylon body is thin enough to wear under most everyday trousers, though it will show under close-fitting ones.
Does it slip when walking or running?
Silicone grip lining on the inside edges is there specifically to help stop rolling and sliding. If it still moves, the size is likely too large.
Left or right — does it matter?
Yes. The side stays are shaped for a specific leg. Pick the knee you'll wear it on, and order one of each if you want both.
What size should I get?

Can I wash it?
Hand wash in cool water with mild detergent, then air dry. Don't machine wash or tumble dry — heat can degrade the silicone grip.

Arrived quickly, this is the second time I ordered for the knee, it's worth it, highly recommended, supports and prevents knee congestion, the size I took as described in the picture is thin, weighs 68, size L.
Very high quality for someone who is 30 and has average slim legs, take size L or M. For larger legs, take sizes XL or XXL. Recommended to reduce the burden of prolonged movement and standing.
