Does it only work in direct sunlight?
No. The solar panel runs the fan free of charge whenever you're in the sun, but there's also a rechargeable battery inside. Top it up by USB and the fan works on overcast days, in shade, or in the evening.
How loud is the fan?
It's a soft hum — closer to a laptop fan than a desk fan. Quiet enough for a golf course or a fishing trip, and it disappears once there's any ambient noise around you.
Will it fit my head?
One size fits most adults, roughly 54–60 cm circumference, with an adjustable buckle strap at the back. It's unisex — works for men and women alike.
Can I wear it in the rain?
Light drizzle is fine, but this isn't a rain hat — there's electronics in the brim. Don't machine wash it. Spot-clean the fabric with a damp cloth and keep the fan housing dry.
Does the fan blow hair into your face?

I love this, seems like good quality. strap is adjustable. fan is somewhat adjustable, charged with usb-c or solar. has a switch for on/off(will still work with solar only when off) and a button for adjustable speeds, hold it for off (if turned on without solar). very good! breathable cap as well!

It works well, the fan speed can be adjusted in several levels. It makes a little noise, but it's not bothersome. It also comes with a USB-C charging cable.

It's very good, it ventilates better than the hat I also bought, but it's okay, not bad. The quality of the cap is normal, aesthetically it would be suitable for work in the greenhouse or seedbed.
Is this high quality? No. Is it actually useful? Debatable. These things doesn’t matter though. It’s exactly what it looks like in the picture and it is fantastic.
